Anything you send to an AI persona remains yours. By sending it, you grant us a limited license to process it in order to power the conversation and improve safety systems. We do not sell your chats and we do not use them to target advertising to you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate. AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect, inappropriate or off-topic; use your own judgment.

2. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirtcam AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
